Bristol Zoo Gardens opened to the public in 1836 and has been home to a number of hugely popular animals.

Wendy, an Asian elephant, was a much-loved resident and the last elephant to live at the zoo (1961-2002). She was born on a logging camp in Thailand and arrived at Bristol Zoo from Holland when she was around 12 months old. Wendy's gentle nature endeared her to everyone who met her. She enjoyed daily walks around the zoo (and sometimes beyond the gates into Clifton village) and interacting with her keepers and visitors.

To celebrate Wendy we have this eco-friendly toy that is manufactured and stuffed with 100% recycled polyester from plastic waste and weighted with recycled beads. If you have someone in the family who loves elephants, this eco-animal will be perfect!

Suitable from birth, recommended 3+ years.
