Postage + Packaging Info

We aim to send orders within 5 working days but sometimes this is not always possible.

Our delivery charges are laid out to you during the checkout process and depend on the size and amount of item(s) you purchase.

We may send orders in multiple deliveries, if this occurs we will only charge you one delivery cost.

As a conservation charity, we do our bit for the planet by also reusing delivery packaging. Why not do the same and save money too?

At the moment, we do not use order tracking on our deliveries. We're working on this!

We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK from our online retail store.
